CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

ThriveEvents Return & Refund Policy

At ThriveEvents, we’re committed to providing meaningful and impactful experiences for all our attendees, vendors, and partners. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Event Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for event tickets, except under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The conference is cancelled without a rescheduled date.

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error (must be reported within 24 hours).

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email us at info@blackimmigrantsthrivecoalition.ca  at least 72 hours before the event to request a name change.

2. Vendor Space Purchases

Vendor booth payments are non-refundable, but may be transferable under the following conditions:

  • You notify us at least 14 days before the event.

  • Your proposed replacement vendor is approved by our team.

In the event of cancellation by the event organizer, vendors will be issued a full refund or the option to credit the amount toward a future event.

3. Product or Merchandise Sales

If we offer merchandise (physical or digital), the following applies:

  • Physical items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Digital products (e.g., downloads, templates) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
